The Schmalz block suction cup VCBL-N 145x145x52mm 30/40 TV is the medium-height version of the large-area VCBL-N series for nesting table and grid table machines — with the maximum square support surface of 145 × 145 mm, suction cup height 52 mm, vacuum channel connection 30/40 and integrated touch valve (TV) — without lifting system.
With 21.025 mm² support surface and a universal medium overall height, this block suction cup offers maximum holding force for medium panel thicknesses in nesting operations — for manual or semi-automated workpiece removal. Compared with the AS+TV version (GS10011205554, €200.52), this version is the more economical choice when no automatic lifting system is required.
