What is a 2-circuit blocksuction cup?

A blocksuction cup with a 2-circuit system differs fundamentally from conventional 1-circuit suction cups. The system uses two separate vacuum circuits that operate independently of one another. This provides significantly greater process reliability, especially when machining small, narrow or delicate workpieces. The 2-circuit system ensures that secure holding is maintained even in the event of a brief loss of vacuum – ideal for modern CNC machining centres and machines with automatic vacuum switching.

Auf welche Maschinen passen die VCBL-K2 Blocksauger?

Um zu prüfen, ob ein 2 Kreis Sauger von Schmalz passt, kann nachfolgend vorgegangen werden.

1. Handelt es sich um eine Maschine von SCM/ Morbidelli oder Biesse?
--> Sollte die Maschine von SCM sein, gibt es von Schmalz extra entwickelte "VCBL-S" Sauger. Für Maschinen von Biesse verhält sich das ähnlich. Hier wurden von Schmalz eigens eine Baureihe namens VCBL-B entwickelt.

2. Verfügt die Maschine über zwei Vakuumkreisläufe?
--> wenn nicht, passen eventuell die VCBL-K1 1-Kreis Blocksauger

3. Welche Sauger waren bei der Auslieferung als Erstausrüstung vorhanden?
