The Schmalz Blocksauger VCBL-N 145x145x52mm 30/40 AS+TV is the mid-height variant of the large-surface VCBL-N series for nesting table and grid table machines — with the maximum square contact surface of 145 × 145 mm, suction cup height 52 mm, vacuum channel connection 30/40, integrated lifting system (AS) and tactile valve (TV).
The combination of the largest contact surface in the series (21,025 mm²), the universal mid-height design and the complete AS+TV package makes this block vacuum cup the most powerful all-rounder in the VCBL-N-145 series — ideal for medium panel thicknesses in fully automated nesting lines where maximum holding force, automatic lifting and a tactile valve are required at the same time.

Schmalz Vacuum Technology for Nesting Table Systems
As a leading manufacturer in the field of clamping technology, Schmalz has developed a wide range of block vacuum cups specially for machines with nesting tables. These vacuum cups are designed for CNC machining centres with nesting and grid tables. Suitable for simple 3-axis machining as well as complex 5-axis machining thanks to a broad range of working heights from 32 to 132 mm.
Use on grid tables
Vacuum blocks of the VCBL-N and VCBL-G-K1 series have also been specially developed for use on grid tables. For this, the friction clip must be removed. It can then be used for all common grid geometries (grid spacing 30 and 40 mm, groove widths 6 to 7.5 mm, groove depths 6 to 7 mm).
