The Schmalz Block Vacuum Cup VCBL-N 125x75x52mm 30/40 TV is the medium-height version of the large-area VCBL-N series for nesting table and grid table machines — with a wide support area 125 × 75 mm, suction cup height 52 mm, vacuum channel connection 30/40, integrated touch valve (TV) and lifting system.

The combination of a wide support area, medium overall height and lifting system makes this block vacuum cup the universal standard solution for large-area nesting applications: enough height for medium panel thicknesses and workpieces with light profiling, wide support for maximum holding force, and automatic lifting for short cycle times in series production.
