Construction of SCM block vacuum cup type 1 (S1) and type 4 (S4)

  • Vacuum pad at the top (1) for fixing the workpiece

  • Robust base body (2) made of plastic

  • Dovetail mounting (3) for mechanical pre-fixing on SCM / Morbidelli consoles

  • Sealing frame (4) optimised for easy sliding of the vacuum cup on the console

  • Tactile valve (5) for activating the vacuum



Construction of SCM block vacuum pod Type 6 (S6)

  • Suction plate with membrane (1) made of elastomer for optimum sealing performance, high friction forces and protection against ingressing chips

  • Integrated NFC tag (2) for reading product data via smartphone

  • Smooth-running push valve (3) for automatic activation of the vacuum

  • Suction cup (4) can be inserted into the vacuum pod mount in 15° increments and fixed by turning the clamping levers (5)

  • Robust base body (6) made of glass-fibre reinforced plastic with dovetail mount for fixing to SCM/Morbidelli consoles
