The Schmalz Block Vacuum Cup VCBL-N 145x145x132mm 30/40 TV is the large-area, high-performance block vacuum cup from the VCBL-N series for nesting table and grid table machines — with the largest square support surface of 145 × 145 mm, maximum cup height of 132 mm, vacuum channel connection 30/40 and integrated poppet valve (TV).
With 21,025 mm² support surface, this block vacuum cup offers the highest holding force in the VCBL-N series without a lifting system — ideal for large-format, heavy workpieces in industrial nesting operations where maximum vacuum area and greater overall height are required, but no automatic lifting system is needed. Compared with the AS+TV version (GS10011205567, €439), this version is the more cost-effective choice for applications where automatic workpiece lifting is not required.

Schmalz Vacuum Technology for Nesting Table Systems
As a leading manufacturer in the field of clamping technology, Schmalz has developed a wide range of block vacuum cups specially for machines with nesting tables. These vacuum cups are designed for CNC machining centres with nesting and grid tables. Suitable for simple 3-axis machining as well as complex 5-axis machining thanks to a broad range of working heights from 32 to 132 mm.
Use on grid tables
Vacuum blocks of the VCBL-N and VCBL-G-K1 series have also been specially developed for use on grid tables. For this, the friction clip must be removed. It can then be used for all common grid geometries (grid spacing 30 and 40 mm, groove widths 6 to 7.5 mm, groove depths 6 to 7 mm).
