The Schmalz Block Vacuum Cup VCBL-N 130x30x32mm 30/40 TV is the flat narrow-format variant of the VCBL-N series for nesting table and grid table machines — with the narrow geometry 130 × 30 mm, a compact cup height of just 32 mm, vacuum channel connection 30/40 and integrated touch valve (TV).
The combination of extremely narrow design (30 mm width) and minimal overall height (32 mm) makes this block vacuum cup the ideal solution for tight grid positions when machining thin workpieces — where neither width nor height offers any margin and a standard vacuum cup simply does not fit.

When is the 130x30x32mm version the right choice?
- Tight grid positions with thin workpieces: When neither width (30 mm) nor height (32 mm) leaves any margin — the tightest and flattest application range of the entire VCBL-N series
- Close to workpiece edges on flat panels: The narrow and flat design allows clamping right up to the workpiece edge without protruding into the machining area
- Thin panels and layered materials: The minimal overall height of 32 mm keeps the distance between the grid table and the underside of the workpiece at the lowest possible level
- Complement to taller narrow-format vacuum cups: As the flat variant alongside the 130×30×132mm vacuum cup for positions where low overall height is required

Schmalz Vacuum Technology for Nesting Table Systems
As a leading manufacturer in the field of clamping technology, Schmalz has developed a wide range of block vacuum cups specially for machines with nesting tables. These vacuum cups are designed for CNC machining centres with nesting and grid tables. Suitable for simple 3-axis machining as well as complex 5-axis machining thanks to a broad range of working heights from 32 to 132 mm.
Use on grid tables
Vacuum blocks of the VCBL-N and VCBL-G-K1 series have also been specially developed for use on grid tables. For this, the friction clip must be removed. It can then be used for all common grid geometries (grid spacing 30 and 40 mm, groove widths 6 to 7.5 mm, groove depths 6 to 7 mm).
