Cancellation Policy
If you are an entrepreneur (see clause 1.2 of our Terms and Conditions) within the meaning of Section 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB), the right of cancellation does not apply. For consumers (any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither attributable to their commercial nor their independent professional activity), the following applies:
a) for contracts relating to the supply of goods, the following applies:
Right of cancellation
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is 14 days from the day,
• on which you or a third party other than the carrier, and named by you, acquired possession of the goods, where you have ordered one or more items as a consumer under a single order and the goods are delivered together; or
• on which you or a third party other than the carrier, and named by you, acquired possession of the last item, where you have ordered several items as a consumer under a single order and the goods are delivered separately; or
• on which you or a third party other than the carrier, and named by you, acquired possession of the last partial consignment or the last piece, where you have ordered an item as a consumer that is delivered in several partial consignments or pieces.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, telephone, fax or e-mail) of your decision to cancel this contract.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
Effects of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your cancellation of this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence that you have sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You bear the cost of returning goods that can be sent by parcel post. You also bear the direct cost of returning goods that cannot be sent by parcel post. The costs are estimated at a maximum of approximately EUR 150.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling the goods other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
b) for contracts relating to the provision of services, the following applies:

If you requested that the services should begin during the cancellation period, you shall pay me an appropriate amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time at which you inform me of the exercise of the right of cancellation in respect of this contract, compared with the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.
Note on expiry of the right of cancellation
The right of cancellation expires no later than 12 months and 14 days after the date referred to in Section 356(2) BGB or Section 355(2) sentence 2 BGB.
Note on early expiry of the right of cancellation
The right of cancellation expires early, unless the parties have agreed otherwise, in the case of a contract for the provision of services if Glade CNC-Technik & Automation GmbH & Co.KG has fully provided the service and only began performing the service after the consumer had given his express consent and at the same time confirmed his awareness that he would lose his right of cancellation once Glade CNC-Technik & Automation GmbH & Co.KG had fully performed the contract.
