Properties and processing instructions

This edge hot-melt adhesive based on polyurethane (PU/PUR) has a long open time, high heat tack, good adhesion, good heat resistance and excellent oxidation and colour stability in the melt. It has very good machine running properties with precise, string-free hot-melt application, excellent initial strength combined with rapid setting, and can be processed on automatic systems with roller and wide-slot nozzle. Processing is carried out with special equipment from moisture-tight sealed containers.

According to the machine manufacturer’s instructions, the adhesive is not suitable for use on HOLZ-HER edgebanding machines with the Glu Jet system.

After processing, the edge hot-melt adhesive is white.

Storage
Store in the tightly sealed original container in a dry, cool place (15 – 25 °C). The best-before date can be found on the container label. Protect from moisture!
