The VCBL-K2 120x50x100 block suction cup from Schmalz is a hose-free vacuum clamping system specially developed for CNC machining centres with 2-circuit console tables. With its compact dimensions of 120 mm length, 50 mm width and 100 mm height, it is ideally suited to precise clamping tasks in woodworking.

- High flexibility: The block suction cup is equally suitable for delicate and thin components as well as for rough surfaces and solid wood
- Optimised for high cutting forces: Especially when machining solid wood, mineral materials and laminated materials, the suction cup ensures secure fixing of the workpiece
- Mechanical pre-clamping: Mechanical clamping on the console enables position-accurate setup, increasing process reliability
- Rotatable suction plate: The suction plate can be rotated in 15° increments, allowing the suction cup to be flexibly adapted to complex workpiece geometries
- Replaceable components: Both the upper and lower suction plates are available as spare parts, making maintenance easier and extending the service life of the suction cup
