The Schmalz VCBL-B 120x50x74mm block vacuum cup with valve is the tallest version of the Biesse block vacuum cup in the 120x50 series — fully compatible with all Biesse CNC machines and also suitable for mixed operation with original Biesse vacuum cups.

With a vacuum cup height of 74 mm, this block vacuum cup bridges even large distances between the console table and the underside of the workpiece — ideal for particularly thick panels, workpieces with deep milling channels, raised supports or complex clamping configurations where the 29 mm or 48 mm version is not sufficient. The integrated valve ensures that the vacuum is activated automatically when the workpiece is placed on the cup — without idle loss at unoccupied positions.

When is the 74 mm version the right choice?

• Particularly thick panels and solid wood: When the distance between the console table and the underside of the workpiece is greater than 48 mm — the 74 mm height provides the necessary clearance
• Workpieces with deep milling channels or profiles: Raised supports or packers require more overall height at the block vacuum cup
• Special clamping configurations: For console setups with adapter plates or risers that make additional height at the vacuum cup necessary
• Direct replacement for the original Biesse vacuum cup at the same height without altering the console setting
• Supplement to the existing vacuum cup set: As a high version alongside 29 mm and 48 mm vacuum cups for maximum flexibility on the console table
