The Schmalz VCBL-B Block Vacuum Cup 120x50x48mm with touch valve is the block vacuum cup specially developed for Biesse CNC machines in the medium installation height — fully compatible with all Biesse console systems and also suitable for mixed operation with original Biesse vacuum cups.

With a vacuum cup height of 48 mm, this block vacuum cup bridges larger distances between the console table and the underside of the workpiece — ideal for thicker panels, workpieces with routing channels or applications where the flat 29 mm variant is not sufficient. The integrated touch valve activates the vacuum automatically when the workpiece is placed and prevents vacuum loss at unoccupied positions.

When is the 48 mm version the right choice?

• Medium workpiece thicknesses: For panels and workpieces where the 29 mm variant is not sufficient, but the 74 mm version would be too high
• Workpieces with routing channels or profiling: The greater installation height creates the necessary clearance to the machining surface
• Universal use: The 48 mm height is the most commonly used standard height in the VCBL-B series — ideal as a flexible basic configuration
• Direct replacement for the original Biesse vacuum cup at the same installation height without altering the console setting
