Product information "Schmalz VCBL-S1 block vacuum cup 125x75x50mm with tactile valve"

The Schmalz VCBL-S1 block vacuum cup 125x75x50mm with tactile valve is the matching vacuum clamping cup for SCM machining centres – with the largest contact area in the VCBL-S1 range for maximum holding force on large workpieces.

The tactile valve (TV) closes the cup automatically when no workpiece is resting on it – this keeps the vacuum stable, even when not all cups are in use. The wide base of 125x75mm provides a particularly large contact surface, ensuring secure clamping even on heavy or bulky panels. The 50mm overall height allows use on lower clamping tables.
